It is the way of the spiritual Warrior--not someone who violence or bad behavior in the name of God claims. Cowards who are like that too much to learn. Balancing life in a confined space such as the Earth, is a part of the challenge of the game to continue.

Any situation that can seem daunting to you, has answers to relieve the pain and stress it can be caused. While you are not dependent on others to get everything for you, it's perfection in motion when you reach the right people that you help in times of duress. Tense up less when you let you see the ebb and flow of changes. Give yourself credit for something positive that you do for others.
